Face-to-face – interpreters travel to the meeting venue.

We can set up in an adjoining room, with CCTV for the interpreters and cameras in the room.

We can set up an installation with ISO booths in the room.

We can include an Infoport system for simultaneous interpreting of short duration and/or few participants, which does not require additional room sound, or the event requires the interpreters to move together with the participants.

Hybrid Remote – with technical assistance and interpreters in a secure environment, a HUB, the interpreters are inside the ISO booth. We depend on the type of connectivity of each connected user.

Pure Remote – connection to a virtual meeting created by the client. Technical assistance is not included. A Zoom coordinator can be requested for the virtual follow-up of the event.

Interpreting is a specialisation in a translator’s training. Not all translators are interpreters, as they must opt for this specialisation in the final years of their studies.

Simultaneous interpreting is suitable for meetings, conferences or seminars with several working languages where fluid and immediate communication is required, as interpreting reaches the participant instantly.

To do this, the interpreter usually sits inside a soundproof booth in front of a microphone, using an interpreter panel that controls the sound that enters and exits. The interpreter listens to the speakers’ interventions and translates them in real-time into the other active language. Using wireless receivers, participants listen to the lecture in their native language. The translation technician constantly controls the quality of the incoming and outgoing sound and remedies the usual problems of microphones.

In simultaneous interpreting, to ensure the smooth flow of the event, the interpreters must have all the material for the speeches beforehand for preparation.
