Audioconferencing or Conference Call is an increasingly popular option as it allows attendees located in different parts of the world to follow the presentation in the language of the booth, saving the usual travel costs. The audio from the simultaneous translation booth and the audio from the speakers’ microphones are sent and received through the Audioconferencing system to the attendees located on the other end of the line. In this way, we can take the simultaneous interpretation of the event to any point in the world. It requires an installed analog line and Polycom equipment. In the case of multiple connections, a Dial-In Number is necessary for the simultaneous connection.
